Our techniques tend to jump-start the planning process for our clients. We don’t engage in many touchy-feely exercises or getting-acquainted games. On the other hand, we do tend to be direct and practical, focusing on getting things done: who will do what, by when – accountability ensured by measurability.

PRINCIPAL - RICH LIVINGSTON:

Rich Livingston has had essentially three careers, beginning in Washington, DC, where early experience in broadcasting included consulting to numerous television and radio stations nationwide. That first career evolved into his second incarnation as the marketing partner and chief operating officer of a $35-million advertising and public relations agency representing local, regional and national accounts in a wide variety of industry categories, followed by the creation, in 1995, of Livingston Consulting of Maine.
